Today marks SIX MONTHS since I arrived home from Klinik St. Georg: I am excited to announce that I have joined the Global Lyme Alliance Peer to Peer Mentor Program as a Certified Peer Mentor. I really want to find ways to give back to the Lyme Community. This will be one of my first steps in truly giving back to such a needing community.
When we are kind to ourselves we can truly allow ourselves to thrive. Shine On!
We are ALL human and we ALL crave human connection. Our bodies need human connection just as much as we need food and water. We all desire Love.
There is A LOT to be happy about. But the reality is, Sometimes we have setbacks and, you know what? That's O.K.!
Know that You CAN control Your Own Vibration.
It is really important to remember healing is NOT linear. It is often two steps forward and one step back. We must take the good with the bad.
Although the lab tests for Lyme may not be 100% accurate, my doctor knows what other markers to look for, like low CD-57 and other key inflammatory factors that will give us a good idea of where to go from here.
We all deserve to find Someone who cares enough.

During my time at the Klinik I felt the better than I had felt in years. The fresh air of The Alps, the healing power of Kurpark, and KSG all together where full of so much energy that woke my whole body up. I think my body was beyond ready to fight the big fight.
Everyone at the Dean Center have been very helpful in educating and helping patients find coping mechanisms for day-to-day symptoms. I am thankful to now have this toolbox to help me find some sort of balance in this totally chaotic and stressful life. This balance can be attained through guidance and through practice, the Dean Center provides all these services to their patients, free of charge. I must say that the work that has been going on at The Dean Center has been nothing short of miracle. In such a small amount of time they have helped so many people get their lives back. And for those of us who have felt there was no hope left, it has been a place where magic truly happens.
